Challenges

For us at Intech, even when we came across someone qualified, the salary expectations were just too high. To make it work, we’d need to constantly bring in more projects and keep everyone flat-out busy all year, which just isn’t realistic in such a competitive and unpredictable market. The risk and stress of taking that on were more than we could justify.
